A motorcyclist has been killed in a crash involving a 4x4 in the South Hams.

It happened on an unnamed road near Moor Cross, Cornwood, at about 5:47pm on Friday, July 19.

A 43-year-old man died at the scene.

Devon and Cornwall Police said the crash involved a Kawasaki motorcycle and a Land Rover Freelander.

Officers carried out a full investigation of the scene and they are trying to speak to anyone who saw what happened.
