We have had reports that residents in East Prawle, Slapton, Sherford, East Allington, The Mounts, Stanborough Heights and Coles Cross are without water.

Some have not had water since Sunday night and have been frustrated with the lack of or confusing communications with South West Water. South West Water are looking into it and say that they are dealing with "a large number of bursts due to the cold weather and then the thaw." Their website states as of this morning: "Totnes (TQ9) - East Allington - Some customers are experiencing supply issues due to bursts on the network. Engineers have rezoned supplies and normal service levels should be restored overnight."Will update as we learn more.
